You wake up early and can't wait to grab your first cup of coffee....
Your heart is already racing with nervousness as you start your day.
You rush through your tasks with little organization only to feel like you didn't get enough done.
You feel overwhelmed at the fact that you haven't been to the gym.
You feel like it will be impossible to get back on track with everything that you have going on.
Hold it!!!
What do you do on a day to day basis to make sure you can handle the stresses of work, family, and responsibilities?
If you are relating to what I am writing you may be severely out of balance.
Now unless you intend to take up start eliminating things from your life to keep up, I suggest you get back in the gym.
Remember how you feel when you work out on a consistent basis.
Think of the benefits of not only how you look, but how you feel and interact with the people around you.
Isn't it time to start spending some time on you again.
