The Free Group Personal Training Sessions have been going great and the new functional training area complete with the hanging TRX bands and Kettlebells have been creating a lot of buzz in the club.
Speaking of Kettlebells I wanted to remind you that we have a professional Kettlebell instructor coming in tomorrow at 1:00 PM to teach a workshop.
