There is only a week and a half left of Free Group Personal Training until it switches over to a paid program!!

Beginner Session – 30 minute sessions that cover the basics of getting started on a well balanced functional training program. Learn correct technique in the squat, lunge, Kettlebell training, core 101, body position, and coordination. Everything you need to begin working out more functionally and be ready to join the Regular Session.
Regular Session – 45 minute total body functional training workout that incorporates all aspects of fitness into one supervised and instructed class. You will work on correct movement patterns, strength, endurance, stability, mobility, burning calories, increasing metabolism, and have fun in the process.
What a cool concept Frank! You're doing great work - even for an older guy! Hehehehe. Congrats on a great, unique gym and program for members. The best in all of NY!

The sessions are great. I had never taken a class before. Franky talked me into it, and I am glad he did. The core training was pretty intense. Keep up the great work.

Great job Frank, you don't look like at your age huh, you look younger its true. Is that what happens when you exercise?

I think then when you are starting a routine, the best can be having a personal trainer! But if can afford you can download information in google!
